This adorable family recently came to me for my Fall mini session. I must say I absolutely adore them. They were genuinely sweet, open to my ideas, and two beautiful children they brought along to their session could not be more adorable and fun. Once again, I chose this session to take place at the Cromwell Valley Park. We could have not asked for more beautiful weather.
We were trying to get some candid shots and some posed photos as well. I am fully aware that having a toddler at the session guarantees candid shots, but I must say; Leanna could not be more cooperative and perfect! Just take a look at this little Miss Beautiful!
One of my favorite things to do is to capture a special bond between mother and her child or children. I do that simply because moms are usually the ones snapping pictures of their children and never actually making it in the photos themselves. I want to treat moms for all their hard work, for taking care of everyone, for putting everybody else first....I know their job is not easy and creating these special memories I want to thank each and every mom for all that they do.
Carrie and Shawn are such a beautiful couple. I love the connection they have. Shawn adores his beautiful wife ( BTW, she looked amazing in her long flowing dress!)
The day of Carrie and Shawn's family session was also grandma's birthday. I was asked to take a photo of her and the kids. Now, how could I say no to that kind of request? Happy Birthday Rita!
I can't forget to mention little Wesley. What a trooper! Not one time did he cried or fussed. And that hair!
Carrie loved all the images from the session and I truly hope to see this adorable family again soon....
